Any complaint regarding order should be made within 3 days from the receipt of the package.
Complaint mail should contain comprehensive details of the defects/ complaints of the single order/ packing delivery. We examine the returned products for all such defects/ variations; define on the basis of the customer’s mails.
All defective products being returned to www.rajwadi.com shall be done only through registered airmail/courier.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards Shipping & packaging charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
All defective products along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to www.rajwadi.com within seven working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from www.rajwadi.com.
Safe receipt of defective product by www.rajwadi.com is sole responsibility of the customer.
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, www.rajwadi.com is unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, www.rajwadi.com shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.
Rajwadi does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price paid for the item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, Rajwadi reserves the right to charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged by custom department for recovering the returned package. You are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods back to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item.
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of date of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we will process your refund for the items(s). You will be notified of the same.

Beads/ Sequence Work, Embroidery has a tendency of coming off while handling the product, wearing the product or while using it. We do check the product during shipping but due to nature of this entire item, they do come off sooner or later and hence carry no guarantee once the product is shipped. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor, or you wear the dress and in a few hours you might lose some of them. This is normal with this kind of product and hence cannot be replaced and will carry no Guarantee on them.
