Covid – 19 – Terms & Conditions

 

Customer must check for delivery timeline before or within 24 hours after placing the order through email or whatsapp message.

 

Shipping Charges might vary as we will have to try different shipping options as per the situtaion. The difference amount for shipping will have to paid by the customer before shipping the order. Customer cannot cancel the order once its processed.

 

The delivery timeline may take longer than given as the situation can change anytime. 

 

If the customer cancels any style or styles once the order is processed and request for a refund, there will be a charge of 3% on the total refund amount which will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer.

 

Customer must get its Post Code / Pin-Code checked through the customer care team before or within 24 hours after placing the order through email or whatsapp message, in-case if there is no delivery option available at the given code the order will be processed for refund.

 

The timeline for Refund may take more than 10-12 working days.

 

Refund charges will be deducted from the order value incase if the order is proessed for refund. The refund charges may vary as per the order value. 

 

If the location provided by you does not have delivery service, we may ask you to pick your order from another location as close as possible.

 

If the customer places an order which has to be delivered in a particular time frame, then the customer must inform us through email or whatsapp with 24 hours after placing the order.

 

The order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once you receive an Order Processing email from us.

 

There will be “No Exchange / Return or Refund for all the online purchased products.
